Rachel's friends have always turned to her when they're looking for an honest ear. Having tried online dating, offline dating, set-ups and getting asked out in some pretty strange places, it was an online match that finally ended her search.

But Rachel hasn't forgotten what she picked up along the way. From decoding the three-month rut to reassuring the serial monogamist, Rachel thrives on providing smart advice that helps people build healthy and fulfilling relationships.

This dating and relationship guru has managed U.S. Cellular's wireless data business, developing more than 100 partnerships with companies like AOL, Disney and Sony Pictures. She's also led business development at several internet start-ups, and holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from University of Miami.

With a passion for making a difference in the lives of those around her, Sarna is a trusted source for friends, family and co-workers seeking advice on life and love. Being in the trenches hasn't hurt either. Having been on countless dates, Sarna learned firsthand that dating can be a lot of fun with the right attitude. She believes you have everything to gain by being proactive and putting yourself out there- it worked for her! Sarna's straightforward advice and fresh approach to dating and relationships balances expectations and reality. She created econfidant to empower others to date smarter and to make sure that everyone has someone to turn to for guidance on their love lives.

In addition to her dating and relationship expertise, Sarna has more than a decade of experience marketing technology-based services and products for organizations including SBC Communications, U.S. Cellular, and several internet start-ups. Sarna earned a Master's from Northwestern University in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor's degree from Union College.
